Народ, перевожу юридический текст про арбитражный суд. Там следующийтекст:
1.1 Submission to arbitration
Subject to Clause 18.3 (Option to refer to courts), any Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules (the "Rules") of the London Court of International Arbitration in accordance with the following procedure:
У меня возникли следующие вопросы: 1) Submission to arbitration - это подчинение арбитражному суду или подача документов в арбитражный суд? 2) И что такое в данном случае - Option to refer to courts

У меня возникли следующие вопросы: 1) Submission to arbitration - это подчинение арбитражному суду или подача документов в арбитражный суд? 2) И что такое в данном случае - Option to refer to courts
