Как будет erbis (горох) во множественном числе, я не знаю. В данном случае, я думаю, мы имеем дело с род. падежом ед. ч. слова (das) Erbe -- ein Viertel Erbes. В Гугле я нашел несколько примеров такого словоупотребления.
