Дорогие коллеги!

Нужна ваша помощь. Заканчивая перевод книги, столкнулась с такой смешной проблемой: не могу перевести редакционный состав. Ни в одном словаре не нашла( Помогите, пожалуйста:

Publishing director
Copy chief
Acquisitions editor
Development editor
Production editor

can you please tell me the name of the book you're translating? does it begin with the word "Everything"?

А переведите как хотите, чего париться-то?
На что влияет перевод функций членов редколлегии?

i worked for the original publisher in USA. I know Lesley Bolton. i was also a development editor there.

i don't know how to say "publishing director" in Russian, but I can tell you the publishing director's job--he is in charge of the editorial department, and works directly for the CEO. sorry, i don't know how to say it in Russian :) but, any way you translate should be fine, because work titles at different publishing companies are different, there is no consistency.

so you're translating this book into Russian, huh? it must be an annoying project.
