Как говорят про действие наркотиков, алкоголя "меня отпустило", "меня отпускает" (не только с облегчением, но и с сожалением), или не волнуйся, "тебя скоро отпустит"?

A feeling or sensation can go, wane, disappear.
A person can 'sober up', his head can clear (up)
(To clear up a medical problem, infection, or disease means to cure it or get rid of it.)
If it "held" you it can "let you go"
Some unpleasant condition, similar to pain, can "ease".

And so on, and so forth.

Я бы сказала "I'm coming out of it", "you'll soon come out of it"...
Or just "it passed", "it's passing", "it will pass soon".
