UPD.

And to claim that all those l aren't correct without moving your own finger is a bit disingenuous, isn't it? As they (rightly) taught in the old good USSR, "all criticism must be constructive".
Put yourself to work, and show us your superior wisdom.

or "it pisses me off (to no end)" = это/что-то меня достает/заёбывает, т.е.

Второе - см синонимы к "irritate" (it gets (on my nerves)/(under my skin)/...)

Or, if we use a dictionary:
I'm fed up and don't know what to do.
= cheesed off, down, depressed, bored, tired, annoyed, hacked (off) (US, slang), weary, gloomy, blue, dismal, discontented, dissatisfied, pissed off (taboo & slang), glum, sick and tired (informal), browned-off (informal), down in the mouth (informal), brassed off (British, slang), hoha (New Zealand)

One of the better (and generic) ways to translate something is to REWORD it and then try to find equivalents of the changed phrase.

ALSO - not in the normal dictionaries, but:
"I am all fucked out"
maybe - "I have three tests in two days, I am spinning out!"
etc.

(http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=pterodactyl)
