Я "задолбался" поняла как "достала ситуация" ( да, например, иметь дело с человеком и его глупостью) или "достало / устал что-то делать".

Or, if we use a dictionary:
I'm fed up and don't know what to do.

Мне все ваши примеры нравятся, и многие из них наверняка там подходят.
Все сводится к тому, что автор в данном случае понимает под "задолбался".

exactly! You have to give a phrase, or somehow convey the context because each of the common words or expressions usually has several sub-senses and shades of meaning.

One of the better (and generic) ways to translate something is to REWORD it and then try to find equivalents of the changed phrase.
