Уважаемым коллегам следующий вопрос по экологической тематике: что такое сapping и leachate? В словаре нашла только to leach – выщелачивать.
Контекст: implementation of capping, drainage and monitoring…and construction of the treatment plant…

Кстати, как здесь переводить lagoons – тоже непонятно. Разливы?

Ну и еще –если это не опечатка, что такое stet во фразе «the need for stet approvals of Danish and Swedish designs”?
