Как бы вы перевели следующий абзац? А то я уж совсем запуталась в этих due to, against и claims...:-/ Спасибо.

Set-off:  Dealer shall not be allowed to set off any amounts due to BMX against claims Dealer may have against BMX, unless BMX has expressly and specifically accepted Dealer’s claim in writing.  BMX is authorized to set off any amounts due to Dealer against claims BMX has against Dealer and to suspend all orders and dispatches due for delivery to Dealer until receipt of payment of all amounts outstanding.
