Что может значить выражение "in any such period", если в контексте не упоминались никакие сроки и речь не шла ни о каком периоде времени? Пдозреваю, что это устойчивое клише, но нигде не мог найти подсказок или переводов. Для примера предложение:
“While we intend to vigorously defend these matters, we could in future periods incur judgments or enter into settlements that individually or in the aggregate could have a material adverse effect on our results of operations and financial condition in any such period”
