В довольно понятном тексте споткнулась о фразу, смысл которой не вполне до меня доходит. Собственно, спотыкаюсь о выделенные несколько слов. Более широкий контекст -- выше рассказывается о защите, которую швейцарское законодательство обеспечивает активам, помещенным в страховой полис или аннуитет, от притязаний кредиторов и налогов.
Что имеется в виду здесь? В каком смысле constitute? Буду весьма признательна тем, кто выскажет свое мнение.
