но не в этом контексте - здесь вроде более частный случай.

Мне кажется, что в таком контексте формализм "чтобы договориться" чрезмерен. Это разговорный стиль, не так ли? Следовательно, нужна глагольная пара с and. Типа:
Give me a call and we will fix the time
A?

Appointment is a little too formal, true.
