Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuation of such Event of Default, interest shall accrue on the Loans at a per annum rate of 2% above the rate of interest that otherwise would be applicable. Если наступил Случай невыполнения обязательств, то на всем протяжении данного Случая на все Займы начисляется годовая процентная ставка на 2% выше, чем ставка, которая была бы начислена в ином случае. Платежи по займу и процентам будут исчисляться, исходя из того, что в годе 360 дней, и количества реально прошедших дней.
