привет, ребята.
помогите с переводом:
1) все продаваемое оборудование находится в полнотью исправном и рабочем состоянии и свободно от претензий третьих лиц.
2) (покупатель оплачивает поставку товара банковским переводом) на основании выставленного продавцом проформы-инвойса в течении срока его действия.

здорово, спасибо. а я забыла про этот against и вместо проформы написала просто Invoice. есть большая разница?
