delivery of звучит как-то шибко по-русски, лучше его в конец ставить. правда длинно получается heavy digging equipment deliveries

positively considers. лучше что-нибудь типа we are interested in cooperation - это ни к чему не обязывает, а смысл тот же.
коммерческое предложение еще может быть quotationб но это в зависимости от того, каково рода письмо вы получили от "продавца яхт".
we are ready to meet - опять калька. We look forward to ... - самое нейтральное
