Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться с переводом на английский результатов анализа крови. Там две таблички, а в них всякие смешные слова и цифирки. Проверьте, пожалуйста, правильно ли я перевел то, что смог, и подскажите то, чего не смог. Особенно интересует то, что выделено красным, т. к. именно эти графы заполнены -- остальные оставлены пустыми:

Первая табличка:

Эритроциты - RBC
Гемоглобин - HB
Цветной показатель - Color index
Ретикулоциты - reticulocytes
Тромбоциты - thrombocytes
Лейкоциты - WBC

Вторая табличка (с ней хуже) озаглавлена
Лейкоцитарная формула - Blood count. В ней следующие графы:

эозиноф. -
миелоц. -
юные -

с/я -
лимф. -
моноц. -
пл. кл. -
СОЭ - blood/erythrocyte sedimentation rate

анизоцитоз - anisocytosis
пойкилоцитоз - echinosis/poikilocytosis

Время свертывания крови - blood clotting time
Длительность кровотечения - bleeding time

band cells (slightly immature neutrophils) - это, похоже, юные
T-type lymphocytes (T cells) - т клетки
B-type lymphocytes (B cells) - лимфоциты
monocytes - моноциты
eosinophils - эозинофилы
and basophils. - базофилы

с/я - думаю, сегментоядерные, не могу найти с ходу

neutrophil clarification

Let me clarify my previous remarks. The "obshii analiz krovi" (or CBC - complete blood count) includes a part called the differential white blood count. This differential white blood count consists of the measuring the levels of the following leukocytes:

-Neutrophils
-Eosinophils
-Basophils
-Monocytes
-Lymphocytes

In this context, you don't need to differentiate between segmented and banded neutrophils. A complete blood count is not concerned with the difference between the two.

So while "segmented neutrophil" may suffice, I offer it as my opinion that simply "neutrophil" would do in this case. This way it would be consistent with the terminology currently used in the medical arena.
