Не буду претендовать на финальную инстанцию, но по моему так. Можно проверить ещё где-нибудь.

выскажу свое мнение

1) "внимательно следят" можно отразить используя выражение "pay attention"

2) я не уверен, что нужно употреблять слово "colleague" - оно скорее относится к людям, которые работают в одной компании- поэтому предлагаю слово "counterpart"

"Pay attention" не вяжется прямо на придаточное предложение. Там "to" нужно. Но "to the fact that" не скажешь, там не fact, а нужное слово не приходит.

the last option offered on that forum seems ok (as long as the relatively informal register is appropriate to the context).
Possibly changing "anxious" to "keen"
