P.S.: ах да, как звучит самое общее "Здравствуйте!"? "Dear Sirs"? Контекст - объявление о найме.

2. hereinafter (если "далее" означает "ниже" или "далее в этом письме") there is information about your direct participation in the Comapny's business activity (your direct participation in our Company would be as follows:...)
3. we are hopeful of your serious intention

"Dear Sirs:" is somewhat sexist and so politically incorrect.
"Dear Sir or Madam:" is safer.

further, about your direct participation with our company
we really hope this will work out

"We hope you are serious" means "We think you may be joking".

"We are hopeful of your serious attention" isn't normal English.
Perhaps better would be:
"We would greatly appreciate your serious consideration of our proposal."
