Поверхность новой шины имеет блестящее, очень скользкое покрытие, поэтому первые несколько поворотов, совершенные на новой резине, Вы будете скользить, как по маслу. К третьему повороту, по мере исчезновения этого слоя, уровень сцепления увеличится.

Здесь вызывает напряжение "power slide" - имеется в виду ездить с нагрузкой, чтобы быстрее стерлось это скользкое покрытие или усилить скольжение? Но что-то смысла не вижу:(
