The parties hereby consent to and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of the Company's seat, and any action or suit under this Agreement shall only be brought by the parties in court with appropriate jurisdiction over the subject matter established or sitting in the jurisdiction of the Company's seat.

Как здесь лучше перевести jurisdiction?
П.С. Что сталось с Мультитраном? У него теперь всегда будет такая урезанная форма, или сделают, как раньше? :)
