я конечно тольок по фильмам сужу - но ни разу не слышала про "сейчас я вам зачитаю права" - сразу начинают с You have the right to remain silent и в наручнички упаковывать

Вообще-то формулы разные в штатах и в юкей, причем в юкей она не так давно изменилась, насколько я знаю. Там вроде еще говорится что молчание может затруднить для адвоката вашу защиту.
