Текст писали люди, для которых родной язык, скорее всего, французский. Совсем не понимаю, что хотели сказать этим Sitting в первом и втором случае. У кого-то может есть идеи?
Mr Black is a chef. Having worked in many restaurants as an Executive Chef, he has decided to launch his own restaurant and is in the process of selecting his suppliers. His restaurant will be very high quality and exclusive, with only 50 covers per sitting. He wants an appropriate coffee solution to complement his brand and reputation as a ‘top chef’. He only plans to provide a lunch and dinner service and has a policy of only holding one sitting per lunch service and two sittings per dinner service. Since the business is new, no average customer flow in set yet…some months are very busy some other still too quiet.
Спасибо!

Date: 2009-12-15 12:38 pm (UTC)Я поискала в сети - так оно и есть, про многие рестораны - вот например:
"1. Reservations will be taken for lunch as one sitting and dinner as two sittings as follows:
12.00pm - 3.00pm = 65 covers
6.00pm/6.30pm - 9.00pm = 65 covers
9.30pm = 65 covers"
