у меня после ночи голова не соображает, кажется. раздел "термины и толкования" в рамочном договоре:
“Relied Upon” shall mean the act of the Contractor taking information or instruction from the Company for use in provision of the Services, without conducting its own checks, investigations or enquiries into the accuracy, suitability or completeness of the information or instruction for the purpose intended.
вот как это Relied upon по-русски выразить?
