sister concern, en->ru

Помогите подобрать перевод термина sister concern/company. Нагуглилось, что If two companies are owned or controlled by the same entity or person, they are Sister Companies.Those two companies can be exist anywhere in the world. А вот как перевести это на русский? Не "дочерняя компания" же.
