2. Can we do a looser two shot here?
Более общий? Looser shot чем-то отличается от wider shot?

3. Is there any way loose most of the time between her closing eyes and him opening his?
Если отбросить вероятность, что автор опечатался, что он может иметь в виду?

1. Думаю, имеется в виду "такт", как в музыке. Но 100% не скажу. Определение же, которое вы нашли, относится к драматургии. Это немножко другое. Там часто так и говорят "бит".

2. Думаю, тут looser и wider синонимы. Но тоже не совсем уверен.

3. Не вполне ясно.

Get a wider shot. - Use wider-angle lens from same camera position.

Widen the shot. - Track back to get a slightly longer shot.

Looser shot; fuller shot; not so tight. - Leave more space between subject and frame (i.e., longer shot).
