я пониаю, что это поперк синтаксиса, но вот каждется мне, что это factors have interesting implications, а не Investors and lendershave interesting implications. Ну чисто по смылу (согласно лексическому значению слова implications).
Прошу мнений. Как по-вашему, те или другие?

Investors and lenders have similar premium pricing factors, and even have interesting implications for competitive advantage and strategic choice that can impact the future success of a venture every bit as much as the variable costs or control issues.

ИМХО Investors and lenders, иначе стояло что-то вроде Investors and lenders have similar premium pricing factors THAT have interesting implications. А тут сама фраза and even указывает на первых.

фраза-то вроде бы указывает, но потому я и спрашиваю
мне кажется это во-первых противречит лексическому значению (лица не могут иметь implications — или могут?)
а во-вторых, в контекст лучше монтируется альтернативное толкование
