Коллеги, нужна помощь: перевожу инструкцию к упаковочному оборудованию. 

В легенде схемы перечислено:

1. Support plate  2. General Switch  3. Magnetothermic  4. Differential  5. 8 High Elements Viever  9. Profile Support.

Может быть кто-то сможет подсказать, что такое №5. "8 High Elements Viever" ?

PS. Есть подозрения, что текст инструкции переведен на английский с изначально испанского..

* Есть подозрения, что...* -- да-да :)) -- "viver" либо опечатка (для какого-нибудь viewer) либо пропущенное непереведенное слово.
В английском языке такого слова нет.

(гугл подсказывает, что viever - помимо usernames - довольно частая опечатка для viewer)

Это да, то что viever на 99% viewer я согласна, но смысл всего пункта 5 вместе все равно ускользает от меня :( :(

Is there a pdf of the whole manual ? If so, we can work out what they are talking about. Obviously the word is "viewer" but I don't understand what a high elements viewer is. Unfortunately, the word elemento in Spanish has a lot of connotations

Yeah, there is, but it contains 93 pages.. I'm pretty sure it's impolite to ask you to read 93pages manual just to help me with 4 words =)
And I do like the version below - about the display. I think I'll call my client on Monday and will ask him to look at this tricky #5 in order to understand if it looks like a display. Hope so!

I bet it's an 8-segment (LED) display :)))))))))))

(the illustration has a 4-digit display, it could be smaller in your case)

THEREFORE - if I guessed right, you are dealing with a badly mistranslated manual, probably a result of some automated "google translation service"
