well, in the sense that it won't fade/deteriorate with time. To guarantee it one is supposed to use special paper (acid-free etc) with proper coating and good inks that do not fade etc.

There are sites with tests of such materials, and quality prints (e.g. those that can be accepted by museums - or by wealthy collectors for that matter) might be guaranteed to last for 50, 100 years or even longer.
