Date: 2014-02-23 02:58 pm (UTC)ну и если "owner", то "of", а если "retains ownership", то предлог "to" и rights в этом случае вообще не нужно.
Тексты программ - это не "texts", а "sources" или "source codes".
applicable for the equipment - категорически неверно.
"The manufacturer is an exclusive owner of application software run on the equipment and of its source code". - так лучше.
