Помогите пожалуйста в переводе нескольких строк с английского на русский
Контекст -заключение по результатам обследования- оперированный рак прямой кишки.
1. I would examine the pathologic slides for a partial pathologic response.
2. If possible to obtain the original pathologic report it will be preferable.
In any case, I would add adjuvant chemotherapy as long as the patient has a T4 tumor (FOLFOX x12) unless we detect additional sites with disease which can be operated in the future.
и еще две фразы:
- is a possibility to administer the Oxaliplatin as a 130 mg/m2 every
- Rt. Subclavian vein thrombosis ( post port)
