Looking for an accredited translator RU - EN

Hey there guys,
I'm intentionally wirting this in English :)
Looking for a translator (A translator outside Australia does not need to be accredited, but they must endorse the translation with their full name, address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and experience in the language being translated) who'd be able to translate my birth certificate (Russian) into English ASAP and who'd accept PayPal.

Если ооочень срочно (в ближайшие пару часов) и не найдете никого другого, то я могу перевести - диплом переводчика есть, но нет PayPal, здесь нужно будет что-то придумать. В онлайне буду еще пару часов.

No, it's not super urgent, so I guess I'll wait. Setting up a paypal account is one of the easiest things ever, btw. Thx anyway.

Are you sure you need a certified translator? Here in the States you can translate your own documents if you endorse the translation the same way you described.

Nope, I don't, I simply reckon an accredited translator would probably do a better job than some ru_translate-based freshman trying to make a couple of bucks on the side.

I sm not speaking of ru- translate , I am talking about yourself. If you need a template I can send you mine. They worked for all american official needs, including INS.
