Я так понимаю, что у нас есть некоторое количество данных и мы из них выбираем некие совокупности (arrays) в отношении занятости (employment) и в отношении организаций (establishments). Выбираем по признаку близости расположения (co-location).

Кстати, обратите внимание, как люди похоже пишут без страшного слова "arrays":

Я с co-location особенно заколдобилась. В черновике сон разума моего пока родил такое чудовище: "...территориальное совпадение характеристик структуры человеческого капитала и физической инфраструктуры".
