Извините, своя рубашка ближе к телу. Лично мне проще увидеть синонимический ряд, чтобы подобрать наиболее подходящее слово. Ко всему, Вы не указали контекста.

Я бы "reprove" использовала. Что-то типа: The exhibition company management retains the right to reprove exhibitors in case of... (e.g. unauthorized exhibit display, non-compliance with agreed rules etc.)
