just grammatically speaking, "the" makes more sense, because they have one specific hand/arm in mind. (and it should be "arm" since in the movie that's what it was)
but, overall, problem is, there's rarely one official translation, and so the translator shouldn't be obligated to go with it. if it's important, he may have to list all previous English titles.
