смысл такой - купите 20 шт - скидка 5%, 30 - 20%, 40 - 20%
а вот если выберете больше 500 шт в течение года - то 40% задним числом на все ранее купленные приборы
если более 1000 шт - то тоже самое, тока 50%.
то, что задним числом, выплачивается единовременно в конце года.
вот это все надо сказать по английски и боле-менее гладко, как в контрактах положено. мой вариант:
AAAA grants BBBB the following discounts on its products depending on the order volume:
...
In case the total yearly order exceeds 500 pieces, the discount of 40% is extended to all the items delivered earlier during this year.
In case the total yearly order exceeds 1000 pieces, the discount of 50% is extended to all the items delivered earlier during this year (или не надо earlier?)
AAAA will offer a rebate for the volumes exceeding the above-mentioned quantities paid retrospectively at the end of each year.
нормально вот это звучит все вместе, особенно последняя фраза?

Date: 2005-10-26 10:13 pm (UTC)не возникнет ли некая неясность хмммм... вообще-то да, возникает. Но она также возникает и когда вы говорите 40% discount. В таких случаях нужно как-то пояснять. Напр. summer sale, additional 40% from the lowest marked price :)
Так что, что-нибудь вроде: "additional 40% rebate from the total purchase price is applied if annual order amount exceeds 500 items"
