И еще: возможно, кто-нибудь знаком с английским эквивалентом таких понятий, как "культурный обмен", "студенческий обмен в рамках научной программы". Быть может, кто-нибудь участвовал в обсуждении этих вопросов на английском языке?

There are all the conditions for admission of foreign students in our university. We have an experience in cultural interchange. Our University invited the students from Germany, France, China and others. We can offer you a lot of comfortable rooms in our hostel. Besides there is a great attention to both sport and cultural life of our students. We often arrange sports competitions, games and parties.

Analyzing the market of youth tourism we had come to the conclusion that there was a tendency to combine traveling with gaining both professional and communicative skills.
It would be a great pleasure for our company to lead a project dedicated to the education of your students in our University.

I am sure that there is nothing more valuable than to have an experience of understanding another culture.
Perceiving one we recognize ourselves.

Exchange, не interchange. Cultural exchange, student exchange, academic exchange - устойчивые обороты.

our hostel - у Вас хостел, или речь идет об общежитии? Тогда это dormitories, скорее.

to lead a project dedicated to the education of your students in our University - на мой взгляд, невозможная конструкция.

admission = application лучше использовать.

Я бы вам посоветовала почитать сайты анлийских ВУЗов - там все есть. Например:

И содрать все с их презентаций.
