Прошу помощи вот с такой фразой в контракте:
The price for each Barrel of Nigerian Light Crude Oil delivered out-turned barrels shall be dated Brent on the date of Bill of Lading as published by McGraw Hill market wire less discount of $5.00USD per barrel. $3.00 net to Buyer, $1.00 to Seller/Agent, $1.00 to Buyer/Agent.
