Как бы вы перевели это на русский? Встречается также в вариантах "Be comfortable being uncomfortable", "You can be comfortable being uncomfortable" etc. Смысл в том, что выход из зоны комфорта, неудобства, боль, лишения не есть нечто экстраординарное и пугающее, а нормальная часть жизни.
