Подскажите, пожалуйста, как лучше перевести на английский фразу:
"Организаторы оплачивают перелет в г. N. из Москвы и обратно, а также пребывание.."?

moya uk version ostaetsa prejnei: "... cover the return flight from Moscow to N and..."

local expenses - i'm not so sure about, i'd say business/personal expeses, esli hotite expenses
(but it would really depend on what expenses you mean, this depends on your company policy)
